Paint Code Location
Chrysler paint codes are normally placed under the bonnet (with the exception of the Grand Cherokee which is usually in the boot, under the carpet, stamped onto the chassis). Most Chrysler paint codes are 3 digits long and contain both letters and numbers and typically start with a “P”. PNT: is short for Paint Code. If the code on the plate says PNT:PX8, the paint code will be PX8.
If you can’t find your paint code on the car your local Chrysler dealership (parts department) will be able to tell you your paint code from your registration or chassis number.
